This charming hamlet is where our multicultural team meets after our travels, to compare notes and gather food ideas from around the world – it is where inspiration meets tranquility and friendship.

This is where our French colleagues came up with the notion to take fluffy, buttery French Brioche and transform it into crispy and light croutons. Et voilà! Our Brioche Croutons were born!
